I started as a journalist and never really quit.
I still think like one: curious, direct, always chasing the story.
I studied Journalism and Mass Media at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, followed by a Master’s in Political, Cultural & Sports Marketing at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.Which basically means: I know how to tell a story and how to make sure the right people hear it.
For more than 15 years, I worked in national TV, radio, and print.
Today, I host my own digital talk show, where people share the turning points that shaped their lives. I still believe in real conversations and thoughtful storytelling.
But stories took on a new shape when I launched Wise Strategies, our boutique PR agency built to support people, brands and causes that have something real to say.
Because I love real work with real people.
(And because “Sofia” means wisdom. I had no choice.)
